Prada Group seeks an In‑Store Training Manager in London (Harrods) to lead retail training, coaching and client experience initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Designs, plans and deploys store-level training programmes aligned with global and local priorities to maximise business results and qualitative objectives.
- Implements a culture of shadowing (observation, feedback and coaching) across all store levels and provides regular one‑to‑one coaching to Client Advisors.
- Supports Store Leadership in talent development, onboarding of new hires and performance management through tailored coaching plans.
- Drives consistent implementation of the Client Journey and clienteling best practices to improve conversion, CRM metrics and client engagement.
- Conducts team gap analyses and builds individual learning paths to close capability gaps in selling skills, styling, product knowledge and brand ambassadorship.
- Leverages in‑store training tools—training sessions, coaching clinics, daily briefings and best‑practice sharing—to ensure retention and impact.
- Collaborates with cross‑functional teams (Merchandising, CRM, Events) to coordinate product and brand training activities.
- Monitors the quality, impact and retention of training content and reports on training outcomes and KPI improvements.
- Promotes self‑directed learning and adoption of digital learning tools (Training APP) within the store.
- Maintains a visible shop‑floor presence to model behaviours and reinforce training principles in live client interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering training and coaching programmes within luxury retail or premium service environments.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute individual and team development plans tied to commercial KPIs and CRM performance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence Store Leadership and frontline teams.
- Ability to analyse retail KPIs and translate insights into practical training interventions.
- Fluency in English.

Experience
Proven background in luxury retail training or store leadership with a track record of implementing coaching programmes that improve sales conversion, client engagement and CRM metrics.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, HR, learning & development or related field) or equivalent professional experience in luxury retail training.
