Role & Responsibilities

  • Support measurement and monitoring of environmental performance across production sites (energy, water, waste, emissions).
  • Collect, validate and consolidate operational data from factory teams and suppliers for sustainability metrics and reporting.
  • Assist in Scope 1, 2 and preliminary Scope 3 GHG accounting and in the preparation of sustainability dashboards and internal reports.
  • Contribute to life cycle assessment (LCA) studies and circularity pilots, including data entry and sensitivity analyses.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of environmental management systems (e.g., ISO 14001) and supplier assessments.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (production, quality, procurement) to translate sustainability objectives into operational actions.
  • Prepare presentations and briefing materials for project stakeholders and contribute to CSR communications as required.

Qualifications

  • Current enrolment in or recent graduation from a degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Sustainable Development, Chemistry, or related discipline.
  • Demonstrable academic or project experience in environmental metrics, LCA, carbon accounting or sustainable manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical ability with attention to data quality and validation.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare concise technical summaries and slide decks.
  • Proactive team player with a practical, solutions‑oriented mindset and willingness to work on factory shop floors.
