Prada In-Store Visual Merchandiser in Roermond: Execute luxury window and display installations, manage visual presentations, and drive sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute fit-outs within agreed timeframes, implementing Visual Merchandising guidelines and ensuring daily maintenance and visual consistency
- Adjust displays in response to store performance, market specifics, customer profiles, and sales drivers, communicating updates to the Visual Merchandising function
- Support display installations in multiple stores within the region when required by the VM Manager and approved by Store Management
- Update the Display App by photographing and uploading images of all displays and shop windows following changes or periodic updates
- Collaborate with Retail Merchandising to develop outfit combinations that drive customer traffic and sales growth, aligned with market positioning and seasonal trends
- Provide guidance to Store Directors and Floor Managers on product display and visual presentation best practices
- Share documentation of fit-outs and updates with the Visual Merchandising function within agreed timelines for feedback and optimization
- Deliver feedback on the effectiveness and market relevance of visual displays to both Visual Merchandising and Retail Merchandising teams
- Report on the condition of store interiors, shop windows, and display materials to the Visual Merchandising function
- Oversee the execution of visual displays for in-store events, promotional activities, and private client presentations
- Manage the organization and maintenance of store display props in coordination with the Stock Manager
Qualifications
- Advanced visual merchandising expertise with a refined eye for luxury brand standards, styling, and presentation
- Solid understanding of retail dynamics, including product placement, customer behavior analysis, and sales performance drivers
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and consistently execute Visual Merchandising guidelines across multiple store environments
- Proficiency in digital tools and apps for reporting, image management, and visual documentation
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities with the ability to deliver fit-outs within tight deadlines

Experience
Proven experience in visual merchandising, retail display management, or a related luxury retail environment is essential. Education
