This role executes shopwindow and in-store display implementations according to Visual Merchandising guidelines, maintaining Prada's brand image and premium aesthetic standards whilst driving sales performance. The Visual Merchandiser coordinates with the VM Department, Retail Merchandising, and store leadership to curate compelling product presentations, manage display documentation via proprietary systems, and support in-store events and private client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute fitouts of shopwindows and in-store displays according to defined timelines and Visual Merchandising Department guidelines, ensuring daily maintenance and brand compliance
- Participate in fitouts of neighbouring stores within the city as directed by the VM Manager and Store Manager
- Document and update display implementations through the proprietary Display APP, photographing and uploading all changes in real time
- Collaborate with Retail Merchandising to develop market-appropriate product assortments and outfit combinations that drive customer traffic and sales
- Advise Store Manager and Department Managers on optimal product display techniques and brand standards
- Provide performance feedback to Visual Merchandising and Retail Merchandising functions on implementation outcomes and market response
- Support in-store events and promotional activities, coordinating with Events and Communications teams for press presentations
- Assist Client Service Development and VIP teams with display setups during private client appointments
Qualifications
- Creative mindset with demonstrated problem-solving capabilities
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

Skills
Experience
Prior experience in visual merchandising, retail display design, or a closely related creative retail function within a luxury environment is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education (Diploma/Gymnasium level) required; vocational training or qualification in visual merchandising, fashion, or design preferred.
Workplace
This position is based in Reggello, Tuscany, Italy, within easy reach of Florence.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 30,000 to EUR 35,000 per annum.
