  • Style mannequins and product groupings to maximise product storytelling, footfall engagement and conversion.

  • Partner closely with store management, sales teams and VM headquarters to align visual strategy with commercial calendars and promotional activity.
  • Maintain and refresh daily floor sets, signage and point-of-sale visuals to uphold brand standards and a premium client experience.
  • Monitor visual performance and provide feedback on display impact and stock allocation to support merchandising decisions.

Qualifications

  • Proven visual merchandising experience within luxury or premium retail (typically 2–5 years).
