Prada seeks an In‑Store Visual Merchandiser in Paris to execute luxury windows and boutique displays for the brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement and uphold Prada's global visual merchandising directives across the Paris boutique, including window displays, floor sets and promotional vignettes.
  • Translate seasonal creative briefs into executed installations that reinforce brand identity and maximise product visibility and conversion.
  • Plan and deliver store reset schedules, fixture layouts and planograms to optimise selling space and customer flow.
  • Source and manage props, scenic elements and lighting treatments; supervise installation and ensure superior finish and luxury presentation standards.
  • Collaborate closely with store management, sales teams and regional visual leadership to align displays with commercial objectives and inventory availability.
  • Train boutique staff on visual standards, product placement protocols and maintenance routines to preserve presentation consistency.
  • Document installations and produce before/after imagery and post‑installation reports for regional VM review.
  • Maintain strict attention to garment care, steaming/pressing, tagging and staging to safeguard product condition and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–4 years' experience in visual merchandising within luxury fashion or high-end retail, with a demonstrable portfolio of in-store and window work.
  • Proven knowledge of luxury presentation standards, material handling and fixture management.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility with an ability to interpret creative direction while delivering commercial results.
  • Excellent organisational skills, capacity to manage multiple store projects and meet tight seasonal deadlines.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings for installs and launches.
  • Fluent or professional working proficiency in French is highly desirable for in-store coordination with boutique teams.

Experience
