Miu Miu seeks an In-Store Visual Merchandiser for its 57th St New York boutique to design and install window and floor displays.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute window displays, seasonal floor sets and bespoke in-store installations in strict accordance with Miu Miu visual guidelines and seasonal directives.
  • Style mannequins and product presentations to optimize assortment storytelling and convert footfall into sales.
  • Collaborate closely with the store manager, sales team and regional VM leadership to plan and schedule resets, launches and event displays.
  • Manage props, fixtures and lighting adjustments; coordinate with store operations and external contractors for larger installs.
  • Maintain daily standards for visual presentation, housekeeping of the sales floor and on-floor replenishment of featured merchandise.
  • Report implementation status and provide photographic documentation of displays to regional visual merchandising team.
  • Support product rotation, stock placement and signage application to ensure merchandising integrity and loss prevention.
  • Train and advise store staff on basic dressing techniques and micro-merchandising to preserve brand standards between visits.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of visual merchandising experience in luxury or premium fashion retail, preferably at store level.
  • Demonstrable portfolio or photographic evidence of executed displays and window installs.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility aligned with high-fashion presentation and trend awareness.
  • Ability to lift, install and manipulate fixtures and props; comfortable working at heights and with basic hand tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with sales and operations teams.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and occasional extended hours for installations and events.

Experience
