Prada is recruiting an In-Store Visual Merchandiser in Milan to execute window and display installations aligned with brand guidelines.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain window and in-store display installations within defined timeframes, adhering to Visual Merchandising Department guidelines and brand standards
- Participate in multi-store fitouts across Milan as required by the Visual Merchandising Manager and Store Manager
- Update the Display APP by photographing and uploading display and window changes in real-time
- Collaborate with Retail Merchandising to identify appropriate product assortments, outfits, and seasonal combinations that optimize customer traffic and sales growth
- Provide guidance to Store Managers and Department Managers on effective product display techniques
- Report display performance outcomes and insights to the Visual Merchandising and Retail Merchandising Functions
- Support special in-store events and promotional activities in coordination with the Events team
- Assist the Communications and PR Department with display arrangements for press presentations and private client appointments
Qualifications
- Creative mindset with demonstrated problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English (spoken)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within team structures
Skills
Experience
International and/or regional retail or visual merchandising experience is advantageous. Demonstrated experience in luxury retail visual presentation or display coordination is preferred.
Education
