MIU MIU seeks an In-Store Visual Merchandiser at Harrods, London to design and execute boutique and window displays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Implement MIU MIU global visual directives and seasonal concepts across the Harrods boutique, ensuring consistency with brand positioning.
- Design, plan and execute window displays and in-store installations that maximise visual impact and commercial performance.
- Style mannequins, props and fixtures to achieve cohesive shop-floor narratives and elevated presentation standards.
- Coordinate installation schedules, manage VM stock (props, fixtures, signage) and liaise with Harrods facilities for delivery and technical requirements.
- Collaborate closely with store management, sales teams and the regional/global visual team to align merchandising priorities and campaign roll-outs.
- Maintain daily shop-floor standards, refresh displays according to planograms and respond rapidly to promotional or product changes.
- Train and guide boutique staff on basic styling and visual upkeep to preserve brand integrity between formal installs.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience executing high-end window displays and boutique installations for luxury fashion or premium lifestyle brands.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility, with an eye for proportion, colour, lighting and seasonal storytelling.
- Proven ability to interpret and apply global visual merchandising guidelines while adapting to local retail context.
- Excellent organisational skills and capacity to manage multiple installs and tight deadlines.
- Physical capability to perform installation activities (lifting, climbing, working on ladders) and work flexible hours for set-ups.

Experience
Typically requires 2–4 years of visual merchandising experience within luxury retail, high-end boutiques or premium department store environments, with proven delivery of creative windows and commercial in-store presentations.
Education
Diploma or degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Retail Design or a related discipline — or equivalent practical experience in luxury retail visual merchandising.
