Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute the fit-out of shop windows and in-store displays according to Visual Merchandising guidelines, ensuring alignment with the brand's image and quality standards.
  • Maintain daily upkeep of displays and participate in the fit-outs of other local stores as needed.
  • Update the Display APP with photographs of displays and shop windows following any modifications.
  • Collaborate with Retail Merchandising to implement fit-outs that drive customer traffic and sales, selecting appropriate outfits based on market trends and stock availability.
  • Provide guidance on product display to Store and Department Managers.
  • Report feedback on fit-out results to Visual Merchandising and Retail Merchandising teams.
  • Work with Events and Promotional Activities to implement fit-outs for in-store events and collaborate with Communication and PR for press presentations.
  • Assist with displays during private client appointments in coordination with Client Service Development/VIC.

Qualifications

  • International and/or regional experience is advantageous.
  • Fluency in French and English.

Skills

Creative mindset with a strong interest in luxury fashion, art, and design. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe software. Strong problem-solving abilities and curiosity. Self-motivated with a positive and collaborative approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

Experience in visual merchandising or a related field, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
