PRADA seeks an In-Store Visual Merchandiser in Florence to design and install boutique and window displays that uphold brand standards.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain Prada global visual merchandising guidelines across the Florence boutique, including window installations, seasonal sets and daily in‑store displays.
  • Design and execute creative window concepts and interior layouts that highlight key product stories and maximise visual sell‑through.
  • Coordinate seasonal resets and promotional rollouts in collaboration with store management and regional visual merchandising leads.
  • Source, build and install props, fixtures and signage; manage the care and inventory of display assets and set materials.
  • Train and coach sales staff on merchandising principles, cross-merchandising and visual standards to ensure consistent presentation.
  • Conduct regular visual audits, report on in‑store compliance and recommend corrective actions to maintain brand integrity.
  • Work closely with stockroom operations to ensure merchandising plans align with inventory flow and replenishment schedules.
  • Liaise with regional headquarters and external suppliers for logistical planning, timelines and quality control of builds.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in visual merchandising for a luxury fashion brand or high-end retail environment.
  • Demonstrable portfolio of window installations and boutique displays with strong aesthetic sensibility.
  • Fluency in executing brand merchandising guidelines and translating seasonal directives into commercial displays.
  • Ability to manage physical installation work safely and to coordinate third‑party fitters when required.
