Prada Visual Merchandiser position in Bicester, UK. Execute luxury window and interior displays, drive sales through strategic product placement and brand-aligned presentation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute fit-outs within agreed timeframes and maintain daily display standards per Visual Merchandising guidelines
  • Adapt displays in response to store performance, market dynamics, customer profiles and seasonal changes
  • Support fit-outs in additional stores within the same city as directed by the VM Manager and agreed with Store Management
  • Document all display changes through the Display App by photographing and uploading images to the designated platform
  • Collaborate with Retail Merchandising to create compelling outfit combinations that maximise customer appeal and drive traffic
  • Advise Store Directors and Floor Managers on optimal product positioning and merchandising strategy
  • Share periodic fit-out imagery and updates with the Visual Merchandising function to ensure brand consistency
  • Provide feedback to Visual Merchandising and Retail Merchandising teams on display effectiveness and market impact
  • Report on store interior, window and props condition to the Visual Merchandising department
  • Coordinate implementation of fit-outs for in-store events and promotional activities, partnering with Communications and PR teams
  • Manage and organise display props in coordination with the Stock Manager
  • Support VIC (Very Important Client) activities by ensuring appropriate displays during private client appointments
