Role & Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain in-store merchandising by implementing guidelines and design inputs based on sales trends, market peculiarities, and customer targets.
- Manage display, mannequin, and window changes, including creating photos for final coordination regarding guidelines and specifications.
- Address specific store visual merchandising challenges, adapting to store size and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with the Retail Merchandising Department to understand and implement visual strategies based on business needs.
- Collaborate with the Communication Department for in-store events and press presentations as required.
- Provide training to shop staff to ensure displays are maintained to corporate standards.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser in a retail fashion organization.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in visual merchandising within a retail fashion environment is required.
