Role & Responsibilities
- Plans and cascades training programs aligned with global, local, and store priorities
- Promotes a shadowing culture centered on observation, feedback, and coaching at all store levels
- Supports store leadership in team development and driving individual Client Advisor performance
- Ensures effective Client Journey implementation impacting conversion, clienteling, product mindset, and zoning
- Identifies training needs in line with business priorities and develops targeted action plans at store and advisor level
- Leverages in-store training tools including sessions, coaching, daily briefings, and best-practice sharing
- Collaborates with retail functions such as merchandising, CRM, and events to organize and manage training activities
- Performs team gap analysis, builds individual coaching plans, and provides ongoing feedback on progress and performance
- Supports store leadership in cascading training content on brand, client journey, and product knowledge
- Drives in-store training initiatives with active shop floor presence and monitors quality and retention
- Leads a culture of in-store coaching prioritizing client advisors on selling skills, client experience, clienteling, styling, brand ambassadorship, and high-end products
- Conducts follow-up shadowing with store leadership to ensure seamless one-to-one coaching processes
- Manages onboarding journeys for new hires by facilitating store induction and partnering with headquarters
Qualifications
- Proven training expertise combined with effective people management capabilities
- Strong knowledge of retail KPIs with particular focus on CRM performance and client engagement
- Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
