PRADA seeks an In-Store Training Manager at Selfridges, London to design and deliver retail training and coach boutique teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and maintain a comprehensive in-store training curriculum covering product knowledge, luxury service standards, clienteling, visual presentation and sales techniques.
  • Deliver engaging face-to-face and virtual training sessions, workshops and on-the-job coaching for store teams and boutique managers at Selfridges.
  • Onboard new hires and certify sales staff to ensure consistent application of brand standards and selling methodology.
  • Work closely with retail leadership, HR and corporate L&D to align local training with global brand initiatives and new product launches.
  • Develop training materials, learning aids and assessments; maintain training records and an internal knowledge repository.
  • Monitor training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback, and iterate programs to drive measurable improvement in conversion, average transaction value and client retention.
  • Provide ongoing performance coaching and action plans for underperforming individuals; escalate staffing or performance risks where appropriate.
  • Coordinate training logistics and scheduling around high-traffic retail periods and special campaigns at the Selfridges concession.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience designing and delivering retail training programs, preferably within luxury fashion or premium retail environments.
  • Demonstrable track record coaching sales teams and improving commercial KPIs through L&D interventions.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse learner profiles.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience collaborating with store management and corporate functions.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods, and to travel between training locations as required.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous but not required.
