Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement training programs aligned with global, local, and store priorities.
  • Promote a culture of shadowing, observation, feedback, and coaching at all store levels.
  • Support store leadership in team development and enhancing individual client advisor performance.
  • Ensure effective client journey implementation, impacting conversion, clienteling, and product mindset.
  • Identify training needs in line with business priorities and develop action plans.
  • Utilize in-store training tools, including sessions, coaching, daily briefings, and best-practice sharing.
  • Collaborate with retail functions such as merchandising, CRM, and events to organize training activities.
  • Perform team gap analysis and create individual coaching plans, providing ongoing feedback.
  • Support store leadership in cascading brand, client journey, and product knowledge training.
  • Drive in-store training initiatives with active shop floor presence.
  • Monitor the quality, impact, and retention of training content.
  • Foster a self-learning culture with a focus on digital training tools.
  • Lead in-store coaching, prioritizing client advisors based on needs and focusing on selling skills and client experience.
  • Conduct shadowing and coaching for store leadership to ensure seamless one-to-one processes.
  • Communicate regularly with trainees, providing continuous feedback on progress.
  • Manage onboarding journeys for new hires, facilitating in-store induction and partnering with HR.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand.

Skills

Understanding of luxury customer service. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English.

Experience

Previous experience in a luxury or premium brand environment is required.
