Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Store Manager and Leadership to identify training needs and develop targeted training plans.
- Deliver in-store training sessions, coaching, and daily briefings in collaboration with retail functions.
- Conduct team gap analyses and build individual coaching plans, providing ongoing feedback on performance.
- Ensure quality and retention of training content across Brand, Client Journey, and Product Knowledge.
- Promote a self-learning culture and continuous skill enhancement through digital training tools.
- Lead a coaching culture, including shadowing, feedback, and 'coach-the-coach' practices.
- Manage new-hire onboarding in partnership with HR, embodying the role of Prada Ambassador.
Qualifications
- Over 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Luxury Retail environment.
- Proven expertise in shadowing, observation, feedback, and coaching.
- Ability to understand business needs and build actionable training plans.
- Strong business mindset with a focus on driving results and client-focused performance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Fluent in German and English.

Experience
A minimum of 2 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector, with a background in training and learning roles.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field preferred.
