Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver and adapt training programmes that translate Prada’s product knowledge, merchandising standards and client service protocols into measurable store behaviours.
  • Coach and mentor store teams through on‑the‑job coaching, classroom sessions and role‑plays to elevate selling techniques, clienteling and conversion.
  • Drive onboarding and induction for new hires to ensure rapid assimilation of brand standards, product DNA and point‑of‑sale procedures.
  • Partner with store management and regional leadership to identify skill gaps, set training priorities and align learning objectives with sales KPIs.
  • Monitor and report training outcomes using qualitative feedback and store performance indicators; iterate content to improve impact.
  • Support visual merchandising rollouts and seasonal launches by ensuring frontline teams understand product stories and display rationale.
  • Plan and manage training logistics including schedules, materials and assessment, and maintain accurate training records.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail, with a minimum of 3 years in-store selling and at least 1–2 years delivering training or coaching to frontline teams.
  • Deep product knowledge of apparel, leather goods or luxury accessories and the ability to translate technical details into retail narratives.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the retail organisation.
  • Demonstrated capability to analyse retail KPIs and convert insights into targeted learning interventions.
  • Willingness and ability to travel between stores within the Istanbul region and occasionally across Turkey.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, fashion, hospitality, adult education or a related discipline preferred.
