Role & Responsibilities
- Design, deliver and continually refine in‑store training programmes that elevate sales performance, product knowledge and clienteling standards for boutique teams.
- Coach and mentor sales staff through one‑to‑one feedback, role‑plays and observation, translating corporate initiatives into daily selling behaviours.
- Assess learning needs via performance metrics and mystery shopping; implement targeted interventions to close skill gaps.
- Partner with store leadership to embed training into store routines, launch product education sessions and align on KPI targets.
- Prepare training materials, presentations and assessment tools; maintain accurate records of attendance, progress and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to design and deliver adult learning in a retail environment, preferably within luxury fashion.
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills; confident in delivering group and individual coaching.
- Strong commercial acumen with an ability to translate training into measurable sales and service improvements.
- Fluent Italian and professional proficiency in English are advantageous for reporting and cross‑border coordination.
- Flexible availability to support store hours, peak retail periods and occasional travel between boutiques.
Skills
Experience
Several years of experience in luxury retail, with demonstrable experience in training, coaching or people development roles. Prior exposure to boutique operations, clienteling programmes and sales target delivery is highly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent vocational qualification in Business, Hospitality, Education, Fashion or a related field preferred; professional certifications in training, coaching or L&D are advantageous.
