Role & Responsibilities
- Own daily store operations at the ION Orchard flagship, ensuring flawless execution of Prada operational standards and local regulatory compliance.
- Translate corporate visual merchandising directives into store-level implementation and work closely with visual teams to sustain window and floor standards.
- Manage inventory lifecycle: receiving, stock control, replenishment, cycle counts and shrinkage mitigation to protect margin and brand confidence.
- Lead, coach and develop the store operations team; set rosters, manage timekeeping, payroll inputs and performance reviews.
- Drive store-level KPIs including sales conversion, average transaction value, stock turn and labour productivity in partnership with store leadership.
- Control operating expenses and assist with store P&L management, including forecasting and budget adherence.
- Implement loss-prevention programmes and ensure secure handling of high-value merchandise, returns and repairs.
- Prepare and submit timely operational reports to regional management and coordinate cross-functional initiatives with HQ (merchandising, clienteling, logistics).
Qualifications
- Proven leadership in a luxury retail environment with deep understanding of premium service standards and client experience.
- Demonstrable ability to manage inventory, control shrinkage and enforce strong stock governance.
- Strong organisational aptitude with experience creating efficient rostering and operational workflows.
- High level of commercial acumen with experience contributing to store P&L goals and KPI improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven capacity to develop teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years in retail operations within premium or luxury fashion; at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity responsible for store-level performance and teams.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, retail management, hospitality or related discipline preferred.
