PRADA In-Store High-End Manager at Harrods in London — lead luxury boutique sales, VIP clienteling and concession operations for Prada.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the Harrods Prada concession to achieve and exceed sales KPIs while safeguarding the brand’s premium positioning and service standards.
  • Manage, coach and develop a high-performing sales team; set individual targets, conduct regular performance reviews and deliver tailored training in clienteling and product knowledge.
  • Cultivate and service a portfolio of high-net-worth and VIP clients through proactive clienteling, appointment management and bespoke in-store experiences.
  • Oversee daily concession operations including inventory control, stock replenishment, visual merchandising conformity with global directives and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Coordinate closely with regional retail management and headquarters on assortment, promotions, events (private viewings, trunk shows) and reporting of sales, margin and client data.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory, health & safety and brand-specific retail protocols; manage forecasting, staff rotas and P&L awareness at concession level.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail management, preferably within flagship stores or premium department-store concessions.
  • Demonstrable experience cultivating and retaining high-net-worth clients and delivering personalised service at the highest level.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience recruiting, mentoring and developing sales advisors in a luxury environment.
  • Commercial acumen with experience managing sales targets, basic P&L awareness and inventory controls.
  • Right to work in the UK and ability to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings.

Experience
