Prada seeks an In-Store CRM Specialist in Amsterdam to manage customer data and support retail store teams in driving client engagement and performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer data accuracy by validating information inputted by store staff and maintained in CRM systems
  • Review and analyze sales associate performance across all KPIs and MBOs, including CRM metrics and iPhone interaction results, providing managers with individual performance overviews and strategic recommendations
  • Launch and monitor new CRM systems and functions across store operations
  • Generate, interpret, and distribute CRM reports to support in-store decision-making
  • Manage customer databases and coordinate strategized local marketing activities aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct regular CRM training sessions with sales teams to optimize system adoption and customer engagement
  • Support store managers in developing in-store CRM action plans aligned with event calendars and business environments
  • Manage customer satisfaction surveys through the VOCE Project, collecting store feedback and coordinating follow-up actions
  • Communicate continuously with local retail leadership to align CRM initiatives with store performance
  • Identify and implement system and function enhancements to optimize CRM effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in CRM with demonstrated success in client development
  • Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and ability to analyze complex performance data
  • Solid knowledge of luxury goods and their market positioning
  • Service-oriented mindset with genuine commitment to supporting retail operations
  • Customer-centric approach with focus on relationship development
  • Demonstrated training and coaching capabilities
