Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer data accuracy and validation across CRM systems, monitoring input quality from store associates
  • Analyze sales associate performance against all KPIs and MBOs, including CRM engagement metrics and activity results, providing individual performance overviews and strategic recommendations to store management
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize new CRM systems and functionalities in the store environment
  • Generate comprehensive reports and support their interpretation for store leadership and associates
  • Manage customer segmentation lists and coordinate targeted local marketing activities
  • Collaborate with store management to develop and execute store-level CRM action plans aligned with the event calendar and business objectives
  • Conduct regular CRM training sessions with the sales team to ensure consistent adoption and best practices
  • Support store management on VOCE Project initiatives, including customer satisfaction surveys, feedback collection, and follow-up action coordination
  • Maintain regular communication with regional retail teams regarding system enhancements and strategic initiatives

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in CRM management with strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Solid knowledge of luxury goods sector
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel functions
  • Demonstrated training and coaching capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English
