PRADA seeks an In-Store CRM Manager for Bond Street, London to lead clienteling, CRM campaigns and VIP engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the in-store CRM and clienteling strategy for the Bond Street boutique to maximise client lifetime value and store conversion.
- Manage customer data hygiene and segmentation to create high-value, personalised communications and sales actions.
- Design, deploy and optimise targeted campaigns, invitations and VIP activations in collaboration with regional marketing and store leadership.
- Coach and enable store sales teams on clienteling best practices, CRM workflows and use of any in-store clienteling tools.
- Monitor CRM KPIs (conversion, retention, AOV, engagement) and produce regular performance reports and insight-driven recommendations.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with e‑commerce, marketing, visual merchandising and operations to ensure a seamless omni-channel client experience.
- Ensure full compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR) and internal privacy policies in all CRM activities.
- Manage relationships with external agencies or CRM partners when required and supervise local CRM project delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail CRM or clienteling within a luxury fashion environment.
- Strong capability in customer segmentation, campaign execution and performance measurement.
- Demonstrable experience training and influencing retail sales teams to adopt clienteling processes.
- Solid understanding of GDPR and best practices in customer data governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in CRM, clienteling or retail marketing with at least some experience in a luxury fashion or premium retail environment; proven track record of driving sales uplift through personalised client programmes.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management or equivalent professional experience.
