Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute in-store CRM and clienteling strategies for the Miu Miu concession at Harrods, aligning with global brand guidelines and local commercial objectives.
- Manage the client database and segmentation schema to maximise lifetime value, frequency and average transaction value through targeted in-store and post-visit initiatives.
- Plan, deliver and measure CRM campaigns, personalised outreach and event-driven activations in collaboration with retail management and central marketing teams.
- Train, coach and enable retail teams and client advisors on clienteling best practices, CRM tools and personalised selling techniques to convert high-value leads.
- Establish KPI framework and deliver regular performance reporting (LTV, retention, conversion, campaign ROI), using insights to iterate tactics and inform merchandising or promotional decisions.
- Ensure strict adherence to data protection regulations (GDPR) and internal privacy policies across all CRM activities and third‑party integrations.
