Prada seeks an In-Store Clienteling Manager at ION Orchard, Singapore to drive CRM strategy and luxury retail excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise all clienteling activities of store staff and define individual development plans for each Client Advisor
  • Perform weekly and monthly customer and KPI analysis to monitor store CRM performance
  • Assist the Store Director in designing the CRM action plan, incorporating business needs and event calendars
  • Review and analyze Client Advisor performance on clienteling and retail KPIs, providing individual development guidance
  • Design and implement action plans focused on data collection, local client retention, and brand loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments on product launches, events, and client experiences from a CRM perspective
  • Ensure store staff training in all clienteling tools and systems
  • Support sales staff in VIC client management and growth of this premium segment
  • Collaborate with the local retail team to enhance overall store performance
  • Maintain market and consumer trend awareness to elevate staff fashion knowledge
  • Drive growth of the store's customer community, including participation in external events

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail clienteling or CRM management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop sales teams
  • Strong understanding of luxury retail customer segmentation and VIC client management
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and retail analytics platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Track record of achieving retail KPIs and sales targets
