Prada Group seeks an In‑Store Client Development Specialist in Milan to drive VIP clienteling, events and sales excellence for PRADA boutiques.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador to develop and retain high‑value clients, with particular focus on VICs and VIPs.
  • Manage and grow a personal portfolio of clients through proactive clienteling and bespoke service.
  • Support and coach store sales staff on clienteling activities, ensuring consistent use of clienteling tools and best practices.
  • Analyse client behaviours and channel preferences to target acquisition and repurchase strategies.
  • Design, propose and run bespoke events, appointments and special experiences for targeted client segments, including made‑to‑measure (MTM) initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross‑store clienteling operations and act as liaison for clients who purchase across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with Store Manager and local corporate functions to set individual targets, identify training needs and implement corrective measures.
  • Provide qualitative feedback to store and corporate teams on client requests, trends and VIP servicing requirements.
  • Support stylists, celebrities and PR on purchases, loans and gifting as requested; manage special handling, alterations and delivery for bespoke items.
  • Represent the brand at external events to recruit new clients and strengthen community and charity partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail client development, VIP servicing or high‑end personal shopping.
  • Fluent spoken English; additional languages are desirable.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and motivate store teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; discretion and professionalism with high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Business or Retail Management degree preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
