Confidential luxury leather‑goods manufacturer in Terranuova Bracciolini seeks an HR Intern (Stage HR Industrial Pelletteria) to support recruitment and HR administration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the full-cycle recruitment process for production and factory roles: job postings, CV screening, interview coordination and candidate follow-up.
- Assist with onboarding and induction programmes for new hires, including documentation, site orientation and initial training logistics.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS and ATS; ensure accuracy of contracts, personal data and statutory documentation.
- Prepare HR administrative documentation: employment contracts, letters, attestations and termination paperwork in compliance with Italian labour regulations.
- Coordinate time & attendance records and liaise with payroll or external payroll providers to ensure accurate data flow.
- Contribute to training needs analysis and the logistical organisation of vocational training and apprenticeship programmes.
- Support employee relations activities, acting as a first point of contact for routine queries and escalating complex issues to senior HR.
- Compile HR reports and metrics (turnover, headcount, hiring pipeline) and deliver concise summaries to the HR Manager.
- Participate in HSE and compliance initiatives relevant to factory personnel, including record-keeping and communications.
Qualifications
- Enrolment in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labour Law or related field.
- Fluent Italian, with working knowledge of English for internal communications and supplier interfaces.
- Proven discretion handling confidential employee information and professional interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational aptitude and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple administrative tasks concurrently.
- Availability to undertake a full‑time internship and to spend time on the production site as required.

Experience
No prior professional experience required; previous internships or part‑time exposure to HR administration, recruitment or manufacturing environments will be considered an advantage.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labour Law or a related discipline.
