Role & Responsibilities

  • Support employee lifecycle processes and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR procedures.
  • Manage the creation of employment documents, including contracts, references, and certificates.
  • Assist in recruitment by handling job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Store Managers and Retail Area Management.
  • Oversee onboarding processes and handle administrative tasks for new hires.
  • Participate actively in HR initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus on HR

Skills

Proficiency in MS Office and digital media Strong teamwork and communication skills Quick perception and hands-on mentality Excellent relational and analytical skills Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous

Experience

Experience in HR coordination or a related field, with a focus on recruitment and employee lifecycle management.

Education

Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus on HR
