Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, creating a memorable first impression
- Manage guest flow and seating arrangements to optimize the customer experience
- Handle reservation bookings and maintain accurate scheduling records
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless guest transitions
- Maintain composure and provide attentive service during peak hours

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a hostess, reception, or similar front-of-house role
