Prada seeks a Hostess in Florence to welcome clients and manage boutique reception, appointments and VIP arrivals.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide a polished, welcoming front-of-house presence: greet clients, manage boutique entry flow and ensure an impeccable reception area.
  • Coordinate appointments and reservations for sales staff; manage walk-in enquiries and organise client waiting areas with discretion and tact.
  • Serve as the primary telephone and email contact for the boutique, directing client requests to the appropriate sales advisors and maintaining accurate appointment records.
  • Support clienteling efforts by liaising with sales teams on VIP arrivals, preparing client preferences and briefing advisors ahead of visits.
  • Oversee cloakroom and reception logistics, maintain presentation standards, and assist with light administrative tasks such as invoicing support and record-keeping.
  • Uphold Prada's service standards, ensuring confidentiality, cultural sensitivity and a consistently luxurious client experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven front-of-house or reception experience, preferably within luxury retail or five‑star hospitality.
