Prada Group in Milan seeks a Hospitality & Client Experience Intern to support boutique hospitality standards, F&B rituals and client service guidelines.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support development and implementation of global hospitality and boutique service standards that translate brand values into practical protocols.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking of luxury hospitality, high-end hotels and premium client services to collect actionable insights.
  • Contribute to creation and maintenance of the Brand Hospitality Playbook, including guideline documents, visual references and operational manuals.
  • Define and document food & beverage in-store service rituals, presentation standards, serving gestures and service flows aligned with brand identity.
  • Contribute to client interaction and service etiquette guidelines: conversational tone, behavioural codes, dos and don’ts, and boutique rituals.
  • Prepare training materials and presentations; support rollout of hospitality standards across regions and gather boutique feedback for continuous refinement.
  • Coordinate with Retail, Events, Client Development and Training teams to ensure consistent application of hospitality practices across markets.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written).
  • Approximately 1–2 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, hospitality, client experience or events.
  • Previous exposure to luxury service environments (boutiques, high-end hotels, client events) is strongly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, discretion and sensitivity to luxury service etiquette.
  • Excellent organisational and documentation skills with an ability to translate research into operational guidelines.

Experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Hospitality Management, Luxury Brand Management, Marketing, Service Design or a related field preferred.
