Role & Responsibilities
- Own and execute the High‑End commercial strategy at the boutique level, driving visibility, desirability and sales for Fine Jewellery, High Jewellery, Made‑to‑Measure, Made‑to‑Order, Exotics and other high‑value categories.
- Act as the boutique’s principal closer for strategic, high‑value transactions and personally manage complex sales from prospecting through to consummation and aftercare.
- Build, monitor and convert a robust pipeline of UHNW and VIC clients through targeted prospecting, local networks, referrals and bespoke events.
- Coach and elevate Client Advisors to ensure confident presentation of High‑End assortments and consistent delivery of personalised client journeys.
- Ensure disciplined use of CRM to track opportunities, nurture relationships and report on client evolution and conversion.
- Collaborate with Regional Merchandising, MTM and Jewellery managers to secure optimal assortment, stock visibility and technical excellence on special orders.
- Manage the full lifecycle of Special Orders across categories and convert each into a strategic High‑End revenue opportunity via cross‑selling and storytelling.
- Define and execute boutique‑level High‑End events and private appointments and implement structured follow‑up plans to maximise conversion.
- Monitor and analyse KPIs to inform assortment, staffing and commercial decisions and share best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail with demonstrable exposure to High‑End categories such as Fine/High Jewellery, Made‑to‑Measure, bespoke or exotics.
- Documented success managing and closing high‑value transactions and complex, long sales cycles with discretion and professionalism.
- Exceptional clienteling and relationship‑building skills with UHNW and VIC clientele.
- Strong commercial acumen, strategic mindset and entrepreneurial drive.
- Established leadership capability: ability to coach, influence and inspire a boutique sales team.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and adept at cross‑functional collaboration.

Experience
Significant luxury retail experience with a track record of commercial leadership in high‑value product categories; proven ability to generate and convert UHNW pipelines and to personally close multi‑category, high‑value transactions.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, luxury management, sales or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience in luxury retail.
