- Verify product quality upon arrival and return, identifying damage, rework requirements, or pressing needs
- Apply barcodes and codify products for inventory tracking
- Classify and archive collections by product typology and availability using LOOKFINDER and related systems
- Send daily updates to Marketing, Communications, PR, and VIP functions regarding incoming samples
- Manage email requests from respective Marketing, Communications, PR, and VIP teams
- Process daily returns from editorial projects and retail locations
- Generate and dispatch daily recaps communicating outbound shipments and returns
- Coordinate timely shipments via UPS and local courier services, managing tracking follow-up as required
- Report end-of-season samples to VIP managers and local buyers for outlet placement
- Support additional duties as assigned by the department head
