Role & Responsibilities
- Drive department team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance in support of overall store success
- Lead, coach, and train Client Advisors on product knowledge, sales techniques, client service, and company policies
- Ensure exceptional client experience by maintaining strong sales floor presence and leading by example in brand service standards
- Foster client-centric relationships through clienteling initiatives, loyalty programs, and proactive complaint management
- Develop and implement department business plans in collaboration with the Store Manager, analyzing performance and proposing actionable improvements
- Drive cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across product categories while promoting omni-channel awareness
- Identify and nurture talent within the team, proposing candidates for internal development opportunities
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of market trends and share insights with relevant functions to inform strategy
