- Create and nurture a talent pool of promising candidates for future opportunities.
- Support recruitment reporting and analytics to monitor key metrics and process effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Work Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
Skills
Experience
A genuine interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. Previous experience in HR or Recruiting is advantageous.
Education
Master’s Degree in Work Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or from humanities faculties.
