Versace seeks an experienced Tailor Sample Maker in Novara, Italy. Create runway prototypes and samples for luxury fashion collections.
Role & Responsibilities
- Construct garments using diverse hand-stitching and machine-sewing techniques across multiple fabric types and specialized finishes
- Execute tailoring operations essential to garment realization in strict adherence to Versace brand quality standards
- Develop prototypes and sample pieces for runway collections in collaboration with the First Line Apparel design team
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of established experience as a tailor, sample maker, or sample specialist
- Expert knowledge of tailoring techniques, fabric typologies, and their specialized production methods
- Demonstrated precision, dexterity, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
