Prada Group seeks a Sustainability Project Manager Intern in Milan to support ESG initiatives and corporate sustainability projects under the Group Sustainability Director.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of sustainability and ESG-related projects
- Assist in collecting, analyzing, and reporting environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data
- Coordinate, track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure effective execution
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of sustainability initiatives
- Conduct research on sustainability trends, regulations, standards, and best practices
- Support stakeholder engagement activities and contribute to sustainability communication efforts
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of sustainability, ESG principles, and environmental challenges
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and international environment
- Proactive mindset, problem-solving attitude, and willingness to learn
- Fluency in English
