Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site audits and desktop reviews at the Group's suppliers.
- Promote a culture of health and safety across the production chain in accordance with the company's Code of Ethics and Supplier Code of Conduct.
- Verify supplier compliance with current Health & Safety and environmental regulations.
- Follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely and proper implementation.
- Support the Prada Group's industrial HSE Managers.
- Perform risk assessments within the company.
- Prepare and deliver Health & Safety training to Prada Group personnel.
- Implement and monitor compliance with Health & Safety procedures within the company, including PPE usage, workplace accident monitoring, and emergency management procedures.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Degree in Humanities, Economics, or Law.
