Prada Group — Stockroom Assistant (Outlet) in Hong Kong. Manage inventory, dispatch and repairs for PRADA's outlet operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Safeguard and manage valuable merchandise and materials held in the stockroom.
  • Receive incoming shipments and ensure goods are accurately entered into the company IT/inventory system.
  • Organise and maintain order, cleanliness and inventory accuracy within the warehouse and back‑of‑house areas.
  • Prepare and register items for repair; coordinate repair logistics with external workshops or internal service centres.
  • Pick and position product on the sales floor according to visual and merchandising directives.
  • Dispatch goods to clients, factories, other stores or warehouses and complete required documentation.

Qualifications

  • Secondary‑school completion (Form 5 or equivalent).
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in stockroom, warehouse or retail logistics.
  • Proven ability to handle high‑value merchandise with discretion and care.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills; team oriented.
  • Self‑motivated, analytical, methodical and well organised.

Skills

MS Office IT system PC operations Inventory control and stockroom organisation Documenting and processing repairs/dispatches Strong attention to detail and time management

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in stockroom, warehouse or retail back‑of‑house operations; experience within luxury or outlet retail is advantageous.

Education

Secondary education completed (Form 5 or equivalent).
