Prada Group seeks a Stock Assistant in Roermond, Netherlands — manage goods receipt, inventory via SAP, and warehouse operations at the PRADA Outlet.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily goods receipt and unpacking according to corporate procedures; prepare merchandise for the sales floor and designated areas.
  • Track product flow and update inventory records using the SAP system.
  • Safeguard products and valuable materials throughout warehousing and handling operations, adhering to loss-prevention protocols.
  • Maintain warehouse orderliness and presentation in line with corporate standards.
  • Process returns, shop-to-shop transfers and e‑commerce fulfilment within corporate guidelines and designated deadlines.
  • Monitor and place orders for packaging and consumable materials to meet store requirements.

Qualifications

  • Previous working experience in a comparable stock, warehouse or inventory role.
  • Experience in luxury retail is preferred.
  • Strong affinity for luxury products and high standards of product care.
  • Reliable team player with a sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written).

Experience

Previous experience in a stock, inventory or warehouse role; experience within luxury retail is strongly preferred.

Education

Secondary school diploma or vocational qualification; a logistics/retail-related certificate or training is advantageous.
