Stock Assistant at Prada Group responsible for managing daily goods receipt, merchandise arrangement, and product flow tracking within warehouse and store operations. The role supports the Stock Manager and Sales Staff in maintaining inventory accuracy through SAP system management, ensuring product safety and proper rotation according to corporate standards, while coordinating returns, inter-store transfers, and e-commerce fulfillment to maximize sales efficiency.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily goods receipt and arrange merchandise following corporate procedures
- Ensure product safety and proper handling throughout the warehouse operation
- Track product flow and maintain inventory accuracy using SAP system
- Maintain warehouse organization according to corporate standards
- Coordinate returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries within specified deadlines
- Provide packaging material orders according to store requirements
- Prepare products for sales floor placement and special display areas
- Support Stock Manager and Sales Staff in daily operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar warehouse or stock management role
- Experience in luxury retail sector preferred
