Stock Assistant position at Prada Group Paris—manage warehouse operations, inventory tracking via SAP, and merchandise flow.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily goods receipt and arrange merchandise following corporate procedures
- Ensure product safety and proper handling throughout the warehouse operation
- Track product flow and maintain inventory accuracy using SAP system
- Maintain warehouse organization according to corporate standards
- Coordinate returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries within specified deadlines
- Provide packaging material orders according to store requirements
- Prepare products for sales floor placement and special display areas
- Support Stock Manager and Sales Staff in daily operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar warehouse or stock management role
- Experience in luxury retail sector preferred
- High affinity for and understanding of luxury products
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
