Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Stock Manager in all warehouse and stockroom operations, ensuring adherence to company KPIs and procedures.
- Receive, inspect and store incoming goods; prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company standards.
- Manage shop-to-shop transfers and returns, including preparation of consignment, repairs and non‑sellable items.
- Pick, pack and prepare e‑commerce (Prada.com and e‑tailer) orders to meet required service levels.
- Organize packaging, stationery and display objects physically and within company IT systems.
- Participate in physical and cycle inventories, reconcile system negatives and support investigations.
- Apply loss‑prevention procedures and maintain accurate communication and documentation in the event of theft or discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety and order in the warehouse to optimise operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Fluent spoken English.
- High sense of responsibility with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Organised and methodical approach to stock handling and documentation.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1+ year of experience in retail stockroom, warehouse or logistics operations; experience within luxury fashion or premium retail is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification in logistics, supply chain or retail operations preferred.

This position is based in Fidenza, Emilia-Romagna, Italy, within easy reach of Parma.
