The Stock Assistant manages merchandise flow and warehouse operations, supports the Stock Manager, and assists sales staff in maximizing sales. The role covers goods receipt, product tracking in SAP, returns, transfers, e-commerce deliveries and packaging orders.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily goods receipts and arrange merchandise according to corporate procedures, checking and preparing products for the sales floor or designated areas.
- Safeguard products and valuable materials in the warehouse throughout handling.
- Track product flow accurately through SAP.
- Maintain warehouse order in line with corporate standards.
- Process returns, shop-to-shop transfers and e-commerce deliveries according to corporate guidelines and deadlines.
- Order packaging materials according to store needs.
- Support the Stock Manager with warehouse and store responsibilities.
- Support sales staff in maximizing sales.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience in luxury retail is preferred.
- Strong affinity for luxury products.
- A high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- English is required; other languages are a plus.
