Social Media Specialist at Versace, Milan: join the Marketing & Communications team to manage brand social platforms, reporting, and strategy execution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate social media posts in accordance with the organic digital communication plan, monitor relevant news and content across platforms
- Track key performance metrics from campaigns and community insights to deliver analytics-driven reports that optimize subsequent campaign execution
- Share digital communication plans and assets internally and facilitate transmission to local markets
- Manage invoice processing, payments, and supplier tracking for social media operations
- Maintain awareness of latest social media platform developments and prepare competitive benchmarking reports
- Assist in content creation alongside the Social Media Senior Manager as required
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline
- Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken
- 2 years of experience in a similar social media or digital communications role
- Advanced proficiency in social media management tools such as Sprinklr
- Highly skilled in report creation and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a flexible and professional approach
