Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for corporate functions: intake, job posting, direct sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlist presentation, offer definition and feedback.
- Lead headhunting and direct sourcing for mid-senior and senior IT roles (Software Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity) and senior corporate hires.
- Design and maintain strategic talent pipelines using proactive, data-driven talent mapping techniques.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers to define hiring needs, workforce plans and recruitment strategies.
- Leverage and optimise the ATS (e.g., SuccessFactors) and advanced digital sourcing tools to increase sourcing efficiency.
- Track, analyse and report recruiting KPIs and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, HR Operations and L&D to ensure a seamless candidate and onboarding experience.
- Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives and represent the company as a Brand Ambassador.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience within structured international organisations or executive search firms.
- Proven track record recruiting IT profiles at mid-senior to senior levels; experience hiring across Legal, Finance, Marketing, HR and other corporate functions.
- Expertise in direct sourcing, headhunting techniques and talent mapping.
- Proficiency using ATS and advanced sourcing platforms (experience with SuccessFactors is an advantage).
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience tracking and reporting recruitment KPIs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence at senior levels.
- High autonomy, proactivity and results orientation; ability to operate in fast-paced, complex environments.
- Fluency in English and Italian.

7–10 years of dedicated Talent Acquisition experience in structured international environments or within executive search; demonstrable success recruiting mid-senior to senior IT profiles and senior corporate roles.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline; a Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
