Prada Group seeks Senior Sales Assistant at the PRADA Outlet in Metzingen; client-facing role requiring fluent German and English.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales process and optimise each stage to maximise conversion.
- Identify and interpret customers' expressed and latent needs to propose appropriate solutions.
- Present, explain and elevate the value of the product assortment to clients.
- Drive cross-selling and incremental sales through attentive client service and suggestions.
- Maintain the department’s product presentation and stock care, including cleaning, upkeep and replacements.
- Contribute to achieving the department’s quantitative and qualitative targets and uphold store standards.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commercial sensibility and passion for luxury fashion, art and design.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Fluent spoken German and English.

Experience
Demonstrable retail sales experience, ideally within luxury or premium brands, with a track record of client development and meeting sales targets.
