The SAP Finance Specialist joins Prada Group’s IT team responsible for its S/4HANA Finance application landscape, focused on FI and CO, and serves as the point of reference for Finance functions. The role covers application maintenance and operations, corrective work and small enhancements, and contributions to ongoing IT Finance projects in an international, evolving environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, analyse, test and support solutions for complex SAP business processes in day-to-day operations and ongoing projects.
- Develop and maintain corporate SAP accounting flows, ensuring their reliability and alignment with business needs.
- Monitor inbound and outbound SAP interfaces and manage detected anomalies with the teams and partners involved.
- Gather requirements from Finance functions and translate them into functional specifications and application solutions.
- Conduct regular sessions with internal clients and stakeholders, acting as a link between business and IT.
- Work with team members and the international IT community to facilitate day-to-day activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering or economics.
- Ideally 2–4 years of experience as an Analyst or Specialist within a worldwide IT internal department or consultancy company.
- Solid technical background in SAP FI/CO customizing; ABAP debugging capabilities are a plus.
- Analytical skills, including critical thinking, problem-solving and proactivity.
- Focus on results and ability to complete tasks on time under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to adapt quickly to different situations and interlocutors in a fast-paced environment with diverse international cultures.
- Good spoken and written English.
