Prada Group is seeking a Sample Garment Tailor for its Ancona Lifestyle Clothing workshop, which produces garments for the Group’s brands. The role involves interpreting patterns and technical specifications, constructing luxury garment samples—including outerwear, down jackets, nylon and denim—and completing finishing work.
Role & Responsibilities
- Construct individual sample garments, managing the process involved in bringing each garment to completion.
- Use sewing machines, including lockstitch and overlock machines, to make garments.
- Work closely with the style, product, pattern-making and relevant business teams to complete garments.
- Carry out finishing and alterations in line with the required quality standards.
Qualifications
- Established experience as a sample tailor or production workshop specialist in the clothing sector, gained in an atelier or a specialized tailoring workshop.
- Proficiency in using lockstitch, overlock and specialist sewing machines.
- Excellent knowledge of technical fabrics, nylon, denim and materials for outerwear.
- Ability to interpret patterns and read technical specification sheets.
- Quality orientation, excellent manual dexterity, precision and attention to detail.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 25,000 to EUR 30,000 per annum.
