Prada Group seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Roermond, Netherlands for the Prada Outlet — client-focused retail role (24h/week).
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise every step of the sales process to achieve quantitative and qualitative store targets.
- Identify and interpret customers’ expressed and latent needs to deliver tailored advice and solutions.
- Present, valorise and maintain the product assortment within the department, ensuring impeccable presentation standards.
- Drive cross-selling and up-selling to maximise average transaction value and customer lifetime value.
- Ensure correct handling, cleaning, care and rotation of products in the department.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable aptitude for face-to-face sales and client relationship building, preferably in luxury or premium retail.
- Fluent spoken English.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and clienteling capability.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a boutique team.
- Availability to fulfil a 24-hour-per-week part-time schedule including peak trading periods.
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in retail sales, ideally within luxury or premium brands, with a proven record of developing long-term client relationships and meeting sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or sales is advantageous.
